Brooke is the owner of Eunoia Minds, and she is a dedicated Clinical Psychologist with over  15 years clinical experience across a range of public and private settings. Brooke has built a respected solo practice, Stemm Psychology, currently located in Paddington. Brooke will be moving her practice to the Eunoia Minds rooms from April 2025.

Brooke works with adult and adolescents (16+) with a range of mental health concerns. She has a particular interest in working with individuals who have challenges associated with PTSD, Complex Trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Chronic Pain/Chronic Illness and Low Self-Esteem. Brooke draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to: Schema Therapy, EMDR (eye-movement de-sensitisation and re-processing), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy.

In all of her work, Brooke aims to build a therapy space characterised by warmth, authenticity and genuine connection, whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and clinical expertise. These same values have been poured into her clinic at Eunoia Minds, where she aims to foster an environment within which clients and clinicians alike feel understood, valued and safe to do their most important therapy work.
